about
Software you get to keep.
Keepware is a one-person software house. I build small, focused tools and editor plugins — and every single one of them is free, forever.
Replicate or invent
Some Keepware products re-create a tool I wish existed, or wish were free. Others are new ideas. Either way they start the same way: something in my own workflow that should be simpler, faster or calmer than it is.
Why free
The name is a pun I mean literally: software you get to keep, from someone who keeps making it. No paid tiers, no trials that expire, no "pro" features held back, no ads. If a product is on this site, you can download it and use it without paying — today and later.
How it's run
- Each product has its own name, its own page and its own release notes.
- Downloads are direct — no account or email needed.
- If you want to hear about new releases, there's an email list and an RSS feed. Both are optional.
- The site uses no tracking cookies.
